What if I did not bring socks?
Socks are required and are available for purchase at the front desk. Back to Top
Do you allow outside food or drinks?
Bring a lunch, stay all day. Prepackaged food and drinks are available through the vending machines. However, the following items are not allowed: ice cream, milk products, peanut products, small candy, rice or alcoholic beverages. Back to Top
I have toddlers, do you have a separate play area for them?
Yes. We have a separate inflatable combo just for the toddlers. Back to Top
How many kids are required to receive the group rate?
The group rate applies to groups of 10 or more kids. Back to Top
What type of clothing should be worn?
All participants are required to wear socks. Shirts and shorts/pants must be worn at all times (no swim suits please). Clothing must be worn over diapers or pull ups. Back to Top
Do children have to be toilet trained to be able to participate?
Children wearing diapers/pull ups may participate as long as clothing is worn over them. We ask that you use the appropriate restrooms to change your child's diapers. Back to Top
Can my child participate if he is wearing a cast?
For safety reasons, any child wearing a cast, splint or brace will not be allowed to participate in the play area. If invited to a party, the child may participate in activities in the party room. Back to Top
Can adults play in the inflatables?
Parents are encouraged to help their children on the inflatables and can play on them as long as there are no children in their way. Parents are responsible for following all posted rules. Back to Top
How often are the inflatables cleaned?
We clean and sanitize our inflatables daily. To ensure cleanliness, food and drinks are not allowed on the inflatables. We ask that participants immediately inform an employee if they notice any problems on the inflatables. Back to Top
